Thursday 4th August 2011

• Lunchtime 12.30-2pmFiona Trotter Trio - Performing everything from Rat Pack classics to the Buena Vista Social Club - you never know what you are going to get next, but it’s guaranteed to be great!
• Afternoon 3 - 4.30pmDave Taylor - One of Europes most versatile vocalists, Dave possesses an immense vocal range from rock anthems, R&B to the sweetest soul ballads. backed by the superb Taste Fest House Band for this performance.
• Early Evening 5.30-7pmThe Broken String Band - Playing traditional, raw acoustic Appalachian mountain music at its foot tappin’ best. This dynamic band play old-time music with real passion and enthusiasm with a bluegrass sound.
• Evening 8pmThe Untouchables - With a stage show which is out of this world The Untouchables are regarded by many as Ireland's top recording band.

Friday 5th August 2011

• Lunchtime 12.30-2pmRebecca Sinnamon Trio - A jazz musician and vocalist with a sophisticated and charismatic style - Rebecca and her trio will charm with her renditions of classics by Peggy Lee and Diane Reeves.
• Afternoon 3 - 4.30pmRonnie Greer - The Blues guitar legend will perform some of the finest musicians in the country delivering an exciting mix of blues, roots and soul based material.
• Early Evening 5.30-7pmGrainne Duffy - Grainne’s wonderful mix of blues rock and soul and her treatment of a few carefully selected standards charged with true emotion will leave festival goers begging for more.
• Evening 8pmNiamh Kavanagh & The Illegals - Niamh is featured as the main female lead and backing vocalist on the soundtrack of The Commitments film. The Illegals are quite simply, the best Eagles and West Coast tribute band in the country.

• Lunchtime 12.30-2pmKyron Bourke Band - Kyron Bourke has been involved in music all his life and has performed throughout Europe.
• Afternoon 3 - 4.30pmDave Taylor - One of Europes most versatile vocalists, Dave possesses an immense vocal range from rock anthems, R&B to the sweetest soul ballads. backed by the superb Taste Fest House Band for this performance.
• Early Evening 5.30-7pmSweet Savage - This hugely influential heavy metal band inspired Metallica’s formation in the early 80s. Fresh from supporting slots with Iron Maiden and Thin Lizzy they will be rocking Taste Fest with a selection of their greatest hits.
• Evening 8pmFlash Harry - Simply the best tribute show to Queen in all of Europe; one of the world's greatest rock acts, with all the fabulous hits.

• Lunchtime 12.30-2pmCormac Kenevy Band - A favourite perfomer at jazz festivals across Europe, Cormac and his band will be getting the party started on Sunday.
• Afternoon 3 - 4.30pmRonnie Greer - The blues guitar legend will perform with some of the finest musicians in the country delivering an exciting mix of blues, roots and soul based material.
• Early Evening 5-6.30pmJames Huish & Michael Bublé Tribute Band - One of the top live tribute shows currently touring Ireland, James and his band deliver a breathtaking and engaging performance complete with an amazing live nine piece band.
• Evening 7.30pmOtis and The Elevators - Making an eagerly awaited headline return to the Taste Fest programme. The band have recieved rave reviews from their performances in Paris, Copenhagen, Nice and Sardinia.
