Peter McGarrity was born and raised in Chicago and has an intense passion for serving unique and delicious food, which started with the inspiration, set by his grandparents and parents. Peter has had the opportunity to attend The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and work in various kitchens in hotels, country clubs, and fine dining restaurants. He is experienced in cooking Latin Fusion, Italian, Contemporary American and some Asian cuisine. Peter is currently practicing his culinary skills at Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse where he is the Executive Chef.
