Chefs
This year's Belfast Taste & Music Fest will once again feature a 'boulevard' of restaurants featuring the best Northern Ireland chefs as well as a selection of star chefs who represent our major food suppliers: O'Kane Poultry, Kettyle Irish Foods, and Get Fresh. Together, these culinary wizards will 'cook up a storm' of delights for the public.
Offering the ultimate city dining experience, al fresco style, at affordable prices, visitors can indulge in delicious appetisers, main dishes, antipastos, pastries and desserts along with a glass of wine, cool beer or great Illy coffee from the bar. Bring the family as there will be more treats, both savoury and sweet, for kids to enjoy.
Creating the city's largest al fresco restaurant, the event, which is expected to attract over 30,000 guests, will host some of Northern Ireland's finest chefs.
At the helm, Culinary Director, Barry Smyth, will work with the entire chef team including:
- Simon Dougan Yellow Door Deli, Portadown
